Please verify your understanding of our replacement protocol policy.

Our Alpha version enforces an advanced break it you buy it policy with three damage tiers; "Normal Wear and Tear" (no action needed), "Light" damages (reduced damage charge), and "Heavy" damages/lost items (full replacement charge). You can view the replacement charge under the "Listing details" of each listing. Please reference our Damage Protocol Policy for more information as needed.

After props are returned to the seller – the seller will submit a prop review form (with opportunities to upload pictures as needed) of any potential damages. This information will be shared with the you if damages are cited. Our team will work with both parties personally to ensure satisfaction in the case of prop damages. You will be charged as applicable for these damages.

We classify the condition of props into three categories:

  1. Normal Wear and Tear (No Action Required)
  2. Light Damages, if applicable, may incur fees ranging from 10% to 50% of the overall replacement value.
  3. Heavy Damages (Includes lost or stolen items or any form of irreversible damage.) In such cases, renters will be contacted by our team and sent a Stripe payment request for the full replacement value of the prop.

    *Please select the dates you plan to pick up and drop off. Rentals are priced weekly. A week includes up to 8 total days: 7 rental days plus 1 "grace" day to return props by noon. You may rent for fewer than 8 days, but the weekly price still applies. Rentals may be available as early as the next day, depending on owner approval.
